Re-Homing Instructions:
If you would like to re-home your dog due to moving/finances/change of circumstance... ACT may be able to assist you. Your dog
MUST BE UP TO DATE ON SHOTS AND SPAYED/NEUTERED.
Proof from a vet is required and to be forwarded to our rescue BEFORE the dog may come to PetSmart. Also, the owner will provide their
DRIVER'S LICENSE
and personal information such as
1. Place of residence
2. Phone number
You (the owner) may bring your dog to PetSmart in Stroudsburg from Noon until 4 on Saturdays. The owner must STAY with the dog the ENTIRE time the dog is there. The dog MUST leave with the owner, if not adopted. The dog MUST be on a leash or in a carrier. These rules are in place to ensure safety and no abandonment occurs.

THE OWNER ACCEPTS ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR DOG WHILE AT PETSMART. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

Adoption fee amount will be discussed during initial phone conversation. If an adoption does take place, ACT will kindly accept a donation from the owner.
